Terrence Brown
PAUSE Facilitator

Before joining the NAMI York-Adams team, Terrence has worked for news stations and helping homeless individuals in York. He also has experience in video editing, communications, Spanish, graphic design and music production. Terrence enjoys finding new passions daily, and if there was one word to describe him it would be eager. Michael Jordan once said, “I can accept failure, but I can’t accept not trying.” Terrence lives by this saying. He is from Chester, Pennsylvania but has been all around Mississippi where he earned a Bachelors in Mass Communications from Rust College. His experience in communications is versatile. Terrence is well equipped to succeed as a PAUSE Facilitator, and we are excited to have him on the team.

Emily Dias
PAUSE Facilitator

Emily Dias is currently a fourth-year student at The Pennsylvania State University, majoring in Biobehavioral Health. She has a strong passion for everything related to mental health and through both her schoolwork and career she hopes to touch lives in ways that are so important. Emily has personally learned that everyone including herself may face times of despair, but it is how you persevere and overcome it that makes you authentic and human. Emily is passionate in advocating that our mental health is vital to upholding a strong overall well-being. And through her new role as a PAUSE Facilitator, she hopes to continue to make a difference in the community where it is needed most.

Henry Eisenhart
PAUSE Facilitator

Henry is a new PAUSE Program Facilitator with NAMI who brings a unique blend of lived experience, deep empathy, and practical tools to support student well-being. With a background in personal development and emotional resilience coaching, he empowers young people to better understand their emotions, manage anxiety, and build healthier relationships. Henry also draws on his professional experience in business operations, bringing strong attention to process, compliance, and detail to ensure a safe and effective learning environment. His approach is compassionate, relatable, and rooted in real-world understanding, creating spaces where students feel seen, heard, and capable of meaningful growth.

Rosa Gonzalez
PAUSE Facilitator

Before coming to NAMI York-Adams, Rosa graduated from Harrisburg Area Community College (HACC) in 2020 with a degree in Human Services. Since then, she has gained valuable experience as a Mental Health Case Manager in Dauphin County, Harrisburg, where she worked with both adults and children. Her role involved connecting individuals with community resources and guiding them in navigating these services independently. She is passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in her community and looks forward to continuing this work in this new position.

Sophia Waters
PAUSE Facilitator

As a recent graduate and a 20-year-old navigating early adulthood, Sophia knows firsthand how overwhelming school, life transitions, and mental health challenges can be. Everyone should have a support system who makes them feel seen and supported. Sophia’s own experiences with anxiety have driven her passion for supporting others on their mental health journey. She believes in the power of peer support, empathy, and open conversation to help break the stigma around mental illness. As a new PAUSE Facilitator, Sophia is excited to join the NAMI York-Adams team and to make an impact for the youth in the community.
